NCA is currently looking for amazing support workers to join our team.

We are recruiting Disability Support Workers. This role is responsible for implementing training and supports aimed at maximising daily living, employment, social and recreational skills while ensuring dignity and safety.

Community inclusion, independence, decision making and personal choice should be actively promoted through these supports, with a focus on individual strengths, capacity building and meaningful outcomes.

What You Bring

  • Cert III / IV Individual Support, Community Services or related (or working towards)
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening / Police Check
  • First Aid & CPR certification
  • Valid driver licence & reliable vehicle
  • Confidence with manual handling & personal care
  • Clear, strengths-based communication style
  • Digital note keeping & progress reporting skills
  • Commitment to human rights & safeguarding
